I deeply understand that behind every fiscal metric, firm resource, and budget line item is a real person navigating a difficult chapter. When individuals come to us after a serious accident, they face immense physical, emotional, and financial pressure. My job as CFO is to manage our resources with absolute diligence so our clients never feel like a case number. By directing our corporate strategy with genuine joy and unwavering focus, I ensure we maintain the structural power needed to bring our clients to a position where they feel secure, valued, and better off than before they walked through our doors.
Since stepping into executive leadership with the firm in 2018, I have dedicated myself to building an unshakeable infrastructure that serves this true purpose. To me, executive financial leadership is about much more than balancing numbers. Integrity and excellence drive every decision I make, ensuring our practice possesses the longevity, compliance, and strength to protect the futures of those who trust us with their cases.
My professional perspective bridges corporate discipline with high-impact entrepreneurship. Throughout my career working within both large enterprises and small businesses, I have cultivated a deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), operational scaling, and long-term capital strategy. I also channel this passion into helping other small businesses scale safely and sustainably. My technical foundation is backed by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and a Master of Public Accountancy from TAMUSA, where I substantially completed my graduate coursework.
Outside of the corporate boardroom, faith, personal growth, and vibrant exploration remain central to who I am. Whether I am dedicating time to working out, traveling to new destinations, engaging in gaming, or actively spreading the Gospel, I believe in bringing high energy and purpose to every aspect of my life.
